@Schwarzenegger does #Russia

It's weird enough that our governor is the Terminator ... add to that the fact that he is tweeting, and twitpicing his entire trip meeting with Russia's President ... and you just have taken things to a whole newwww level. Like for real, level = WHOLE NEW!!! WOW!!
