Earlier this year, Rock Star San Diego released Red Dead Redemption, a sequel to 2004's Red Dead Revolver. Set in 1911, you play as John Marston, a former outlaw who is forced into bringing his former gang members to justice in order to save his wife and son. Red Dead Redemption is one of the highest rated games out there and from playing it all the way through, is AMAZING. A very very very good game.
So, what's going on now? Rock Star Games is releasing an expansion called Red Dead: Undead Nightmare. Adding a lengthy single player campaign, you still play as John Marston, but instead of outlaws, you fight zombies. A zombie plague is sweeping the nation and it is up to you to stop it. There will be new missions, new weapons, new animals (zombified), mythical creatures, new multiplayer modes... tons of new stuff. This expansion will be sold for $9.99 US dollars, £7.99, or 800 Microsoft Points. I loves me some zombies!
