I hate so much that we still live in a world that needs this. It's insane that who a person chooses to love can still be a reason to target them.

But I love how powerfully people have risen to meet the need. There are terrible, intolerant people out there. But there are also brave, smart, caring, unique, incredible people and they have proven that it gets better.
