Video: Man beating dog goes viral

Okay ... I just got this tweet ... and I don't know what to do. I want to report on things that are poppin' in the viral world, but I can't condone such behavior at the same time. 

 



I very literally could not even get through the first two seconds. Rather than promote this video, I'd like to offer all the options I'd like to do to this individual ...
