I personally am not a technology nerd... more of behavioral psychology and the resulting physiology type guy. Either way - this talk was fascinating and many points and i will be incorporating the primary concepts into presentations on Health Coaching strategies and bla bla bla...

Dude, I LOVE it!!! For those that have my phone number, you know that my phone has a ringback of random Long Duk Dong quotes from Sixteen Candles. It is so awesomely random, and every single time I answer the phone, it is to the sound of laughter. Who doesn't LOVE that?!
