#UPDATE: 1 HOUR!!! IT ONLY TOOK ME 1 HOUR TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE .... Social media is NUTS!!!! BAHHHHHH!!!! AND!! A favor is being called in - since I can't afford the $600 to fix it. WOW!!

That is cosmetic damage that is not covered by your warranty if you have one remaining. It appears both your front bezel and rear housing are damaged, which can be pretty expensive to get repaired (in the $600 range or so). HOWEVER, I can tell you from experience that most Mac Geniuses are susceptible to a pretty girl with a sob story, so it might be time to go deeper, into the crevasse and become the stereotype you're trying to smash.
Mac is crack.
