Um ... @squarespace customer service is #HELLA fast!!

wow ... so TNTML just went down for a minute. Of COURSE I sat here (at a starbucks in Barstow, CA) ... completely freaking out. I overall really enjoy @squarespace, however they have no telephone customer service. I do not know why, but it is somehow greatly reassuring to know that there is a person on the other end of my crazed madness assisting in my great time of need. 


They make you submit a support ticket - which is wonderful - but when your site is ENTIRELY down, the last thing you want to see. 



Note the time stamp on all tweets ... 




Less than 5 minutes after submitting the ticket, and tweet - it was taken care of. That was faster than my fingers could have possibly dialed. 


Wow @squarespace ... WOW!!
