Dude, this is GREAT! It's a website that lists various customer service numbers and then tells you how to get an actual person on the phone.
They have EVERRYYYYTHINNNGG!!! Do you have any idea what this does to an efficiency nerd??

My, that IS remarkable! Just when I was about to give up on humanoids, they do something uncharacteristic for their species. I believe I will return to the surface and mingle a bit with these creatures. They may yet earn a reprieve from the Intergalactic Council.

DialAHuman.com is one service, gethuman.com is another. But the all time TOPPER service is LucyPhone.com. LucyPhone takes this to the next level. You use their web portal to dial a support line, and give the web service your phone number. Once you land in a queue where you have to wait, you hit # and drop off. Lucyphone stays on the call for you, and when a human picks up they tell them to hang on a sec, and then the service CALLS YOU BACK and connects you.
I'm a professional nerd (sysadmin) and on the phone with support lines a lot, and LucyPhone saves me a TRUCKLOAD of time and effort. Check it out! :)
