Real Life Officer Farva?

I happened across a few videos that were startling and somewhat funny at the same time. There's this cop from Baltimore by the name of Officer Rivieri. Remember Officer Farva from Super Troopers? Yeah, this is that guy. Wrestling with a 14 year old kid because he was skateboarding? Overkill to say the least. 



Must feel like a big man! Apparently, this wasn't enough as another video emerges of him having a tangle with an art student from D.C. 



You think at the very least you'd learn after the first time. Come on dude, have some common sense!
