<editorsnote> Hi, I'm Jen Friel, and we here at TNTML examine the lives of nerds outside of the basements and into the social media, and dating world.  We have over 75 peeps that write about their life in real time. (Real nerds, real time, real deal.) Sit back, relax, and enjoy some of the stories!! </editorsnote>

#NowPlaying: Duffy- I'm scared

AHHHH!!! I'm currently writing out the very last bit of #NerdsUnite: My First Adult Heartbreak. It's a few weeks overdue, but I am a "method" writer of sorts, where I very literally relive the experience and then write about things I am experiencing, smelling, etc.

It takes a lot out of me.

Especially this story ... was pretty much the lowest point in my life. To go from being in a nut house, to breaking up, to then losing everything I owned, to having to rebuild my life, to then having my love have a kid and me finding out while hosting a show live online. The producer in me salivates because it's a GREAT story, but the person that lived it, and has to write it all out gets ... tired.

It's also totally selfish though because writing all of this shit out is very genuinely the most CATHARTIC thing on the planet. So it'll feel good when it's all said and done, but the process of it all wears on me. Re-read part 7 so you're up to date for when it goes live tomorrow.

And thank you guys for reading, btw. Again, it feels amazing to share when it's done ... but the process can be a bit grueling.

Going to just keep on keepin on! Peace love and lollipops!
