OOOHHHH my gatos ... my buddy David just posted this on my Facebook wall, and me likes it.

It's so true! It takes a community to build any web based idea. Gone are the days of one way brands and advertisements - interacting and engagement is the key! Only problem is, that freaks 99.9999999999% of businesses out, and rightfully so. BUT! That's where online reputation management becomes your bestest good friend, and like takes you out to dinner on a Friday night, and like maybe buys you a couple beers to loosen you up, and then you wake up in Huntington with a surfer named Lucas.

Wait, what? Shut up Jen.
