#Ugh: I can haz emotional unavailability no more

I had a session with the Modern Day Shaman today @realityadjacent and he basically took a sledgehammer to my emotional unavailability. (which was discovered on the 103 dates in 9 months)

I had what they like to call in therapy a "breakthrough." I fucking hate therapy so I don't want to call it that, but rather an unclogging of my soul.

I sat in his office this afternoon and very literally cried. from. my. soul.

Which was cool except I rode my bike to his office, so when I left I ended up looking like Cousin It.

It's super hard to ride your bike while looking like Cousin It - especially when you live in Hollywood and in your tears you narrowly miss hitting Chad Michael Murray.

No - seriously. Today, I almost hit Chad Michael Murray riding my bike while looking like Cousin It.

This is not a good look.

Story coming soon.
