#ByeBye Free Facebook ad!

So, if you had a very, very, very, basic understanding of FBML (facebook mark up language) you all knew, you were able to get a free ad on your Facebook wall ... exhibit A:

Well nerds, these are going away as Facebook announced it was doing away with the "boxes" feature - this means the extended info is also leaving your left hand navigation.

Damn you Marky Mark and your Facebook bunch!!!! I still have not paid for a single ad on Facebook ... but now, I'm not sure how much longer I can hold out.

OHHHHHMYGATOS what a week this has been. No really, crazy, stupid, busy week. These uber nerdy peeps approached me with two apps the other day, and they were really good ... like really, really good. So, they asked me how much I charge etc. I told them, I don't accept payments - I accept sponsorships. Say hello to my new macbook pro, and new ipad ladies and germs!!! Yep, totally got the hook up. But clearly, I also know, I can market the heck out of their apps. I just can't make a time commitment to any company right now - as this movie is just woooahhh very overwhelming!!! Signed my life rights yesterday, and also spoke with our director, who we still can't announce just yet. We still need another draft of the script. Totally kosher, we were only on draft 3.5 and for a movie like this, I'm sure there are going to be a crap ton of edits along the way. He's totally on board, but again - this is all going to be a very public thing ... sooooooo you know how it goes. Or maybe you don't, cause I know I'm just learnin' too!!! Either way, we are still moving at like crazy super light speed - as the technological component alone leaves us with a much shorter window than a traditional script. Oh, oh, question ... I need to get to Jack and or Biz of Twitter. Apparently it looks like we are going to go with a studio, and we're going to need a LOI (letter of intent) from them to move forward. SOOOO!!!! That is my current mission, I already know a ton of people that know them, I'm just trying to find the fastest most direct route. Would appreciate any help - the last thing I'd need is for this to get tangled with lawyers. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it will have to go there when papers get signed, and all that stuff - but for the initial contact, I do not want to have to go through lawyers. They're just too much of a time sucker. I just can't be bothered.

#TNTML Movie Update: Signing #LifeRights!!

DUDESSSSSSSS!!! So this morning, I am going to my new uber lawyer in Beverly Hills, to sign away my life ... literally. See, even though the movie isn't really my life story ... like 99.999999% of it did happen to me. However again, it is just an idea that I had for a webseries that hollyhood totally took and turned into a movie, and appropriately named it "Talk Nerdy To Me, Lover." Totally rad, I'm totally going partially spastic.

Either way, life rights are pretty cool ... we're incorporating it with our deal in the script to ensure that no big wiggie studio peeps, or uber producers can just take our idea and run with it. We own this, yo! Cause I like lived it ... and uh, it's mine ... and uh, you can't have it!!! =) So, today is a big day. I'm uber, uber, uberrrrrr stoked!!! ... and again, can't thank you ALL for coming along this journey with me. This is such a trip. Hope you packed yer baggsssss!!!!!! =) =) =)

For reals, I think I Facebook Status Update, and tweet so much that my avatar is deeply engrained in so many people's brains that they actually think they see me out and about. Totally awesome!!!!!!!!

Dear google, as you can see, I speak perfect #spanglish

So, I am fluent in Spanglish. I have no idea why, but I love calling my car coche, saying lo siento mucho, instead of I'm sorry ... unless I actually am sorry, then that's a horse of a different color ... I call my parents mi madre y mi padre ... yet, I am the whitest slice of bread in the wonder pack.
