Morris Day and the Time? #SayWHA?!

Alrite, so I was just watching the end of Jay and Silent Bob on IFC, and there was this dude at the end that was totally busting out with a signature NKOTB dance move. I was then corrected by my friend, who informed me that they weren't the first to do it, Morris Day and the Time were. I said, como say wha? Who are they? And then decided to take it to twitter ...

Yep. Haven't seen Purple Rain ... but here are the dance moves in question ...

and here are NKOTB rockin' em ... scroll to 1:18 ...

Really ... REALLY? Morris Day and the Time coined those moves first?!?! I am TOTALLY disappointed in this fact. I thought that was a NKTOB original. Next you're gonna tell me that the dust bunnies in the corner having sex are just a figment of my overactive imagination. Dude, they're totally boning. Just watch ... No, damnit you looked away and I swear they were just doing it ... grrrrrr!

Either way, here are some short vids I took from my sony cybershot at their concert in 08.

Best. Concert. Ever. *sigh*

DUDE!! How did you miss that!!! They were just having sex again!!

kinky lil bastards

Note to self: Watch Purple Rain ... stat!!

#NKOTBSB @ the #AMA2010 ... really? really??

This didn't suck. But I don't know man. I am a HUGGEEE NKOTB fan. For reals, Jordan Knight was my very first crush ever. Like literally, I was 6 years old, undressed my little Jordan Knight doll and felt a tingle. It was intense. And still stays with me to this day.

This is the doll that I had.

Ugh. So sexy.

Either way ... this shit is right up my alley, and I'm kinda not feeling it. I had my NKTOB moment in 2008 with floor seats to their staples center concert. It was awesome, don't get me wrong ... but where are they going to go with it? The nostalgia factor will eventually fade, then what?

We're also not in the mood for artists like this right now. The recession caused us to clamor for anything "real." Reality TV felt too fake, so we turned to social media to appease our voyeuristic tendencies. Manufactured pop groups haven't been able to have the same levels of success as New Edition, NKTOB, BSB, and NSYNC. Just hasn't happened. We're not really wanting to jive to that right now.

I don't know man, I wish 'em the best of luck. This was a brilliant way to launch a tour. But sorry, my nerdy butt has definitely moved on.

But dude, @JordanKnight totally hit me up on twitter sometime. @JenFriel ... I follow you, so you can just DM me and like say what's up - and that you want to have babies with me, cause I'm ready for your hot spunk to be all up in my junk.

Oh yes ... oh yes ...

xoxo *MWAHHHHHH*

Here are some vids that I shot from that concert btw ... so yummy!!

andddddd yeah ...thats totally me screaming when he talks about leaving you soaking wet. Dirty dirty nerd ...
