<editorsnote> Hi, I'm Jen Friel, and we here at TNTML examine the lives of nerds outside of the basements and into the social media, and dating world.  We have over 75 peeps that write about their life in real time. (Real nerds, real time, real deal.) Sit back, relax, and enjoy some of the stories!! </editorsnote>

Fun with #OkCupid: If you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all

Looky looky the IM I just got on OKC ...

He logged off before I had a chance to actually talk to the el duderino, but hear me out ... I'm not trying to be anyone. I didn't even really know what the hell I was getting myself into when I started this site. The only conscious decision I made in the last year is to continually do things that felt good. Seriously, it was that simple. Feels good - doesn't feel good. I love love love tech, I love being a goof - and furthermore, I love being able to talk to people all around the world and relate to them on incredibly personal levels. Dude, how amazing was it when we were all watching the eclipse? Such a trip!!

That being said, this is lifecasting. This is a completely sustainable existence because of the fact that you are able to adapt with the changes as they occur. Nothing is set in stone, just like it isn't in life. It's not journalism, its not a performance piece - its just being, and I dig it. I have NOOOOOOOOOOO doubt that in 2011 a lot of what I do will have to change because of certain scenarios, and that's rad! Let it! Mama didn't raise no fool. In the meantime, I'm just having fun. Life is lived in the moment, and I have faith in the fact that I will figure out any challenge as it chooses to present itself.

Gotta have faith!!!
