#Update: TNTML Co-Editor

WOOAHH!! First off, your response to the opening of TNTML's co-editor was off the friggen CHARTS! Thank you guys so, so, so, so, SO MUCH! That literally means the world to me that so many of you want to come on board and help. So far, we have 15 solid applicants - but don't worry, I haven't replied to a single one yet. I wanted to wait a couple days just to let people still apply if they were interested.

Reading these emails have been crazy humbling and from the depths of my EVVEERRYYTHIINNNGGG, thank you so much guys. This is fucking RAD, and I can't wait to reply back to some of you.

If you're still interested, I'll give peeps til Friday, and I'll do final interviews this weekend with an announcement on Monday of who the lucky nerd is.

Super stoked man, you guys have brought up some really really really good area of improvements in these emails. Really putting things in perspective for me - so thank you!

#TNTML seeks co-editor

ALLLLLSSSSSRRIIGHHHTTT!! Been thinkin and inkin the last couple of days about the next phase of this loverly site, and I realized I need someone to bounce these ideas off of. For reals, @maniacalmorgan has been awesome sauce for the last year - I LOVE that kid ... but he's got his new wheely dealy with spirithoods. Stoked for him, but definitely left a vacancy over here that I need to fill.

I was going to promote within the fam, but I kinda feel like right now we need an outsiders perspective, ya know? I want new-ness ... I want fresh ... I want a hustler.

Qualifications include:

Must have run your own blog at some point

Be able to post on Squarespace (which is super easy, btw - its like editing a word doc)

Self starter - I have a lot going on right now, so I can't micro manage you - be on point. 

Have read us for at least a month, ooorrr have spent long enough going through the archives to get the vibe we send out.

I am not looking for a yes person - call me a bitch, tell me I'm crazy, tell me I'm stupid - constructive criticism is A MUST! In fact, in the application, tell me some things you'd change off the bat. Just be fucking rad, man. Know your shit - and tell me why you'd be an asset to our community.

ALSO! I have to be able to trust you ... don't be a douche, I warn you now - I run with scissors.

This has TOTALLY worked super well before, this is how we found our intern - *waves* hi, @taobliss!

What you get in return is really anything you want. I can't pay you just yet, but I have a shit ton of rad stuff people send me, and if you live in LA, I can take you to any of these events that I get to go to. Again, throw some ideas at me - I'll tell you if I think they can work.

I have 3 nerdy buddies that are lookin' for ya!

1. A mortgage company in Orange County is looking for a rockstar SEO.

2. App developer wanted for event community planning company.

3. The LA mayors office is looking for a new media coordinator. Must understand facebook, twitter, etc. strategy and development.

For 1 & 2, you don't have to live in LA ... I'm pretty sure for 3, you have to. Please note, these are very vague job descriptions for a reason. Frankly, I'm not in the job posting business, I'm just about uniting the nerds. These are my friends, so I'mma treat 'em right.
