This video shows what really motivates us - and explains why people can be willing to donate time, thoughts and progress to make the world a little better.

I totally totally think this is why Talk Nerdy To Me, Lover works!  Jen gives creative freedom, so contributors are willing to do amazing things.  Just the motivation of being able to do it is motivation enough!
