To be fair to Kanye, he was following exactly one person at one point, just like Conan O'Brien is (and everyone thinks Conan's some kind of comedic genius for following one random person). However, that person got so inundated with unwanted attention that he deleted his account, and Kanye hasn't followed anyone since.

Yes, but it wouldn't be funny if Conan was a pretentious turd. I honestly don't think it's funny either way, but since Kanye already thinks, and says he is better than everyone else, I definitely think he doesn't follow anyone for that reason. He is a total buttmunch. And yeah, I just said buttmunch.
